Welcome To River Towers!
We are a unique condominium association in this busy metropolitan area because of our priceless location just minutes from the Capital Beltway, the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, the George Washington Memorial Parkway and downtown Washington, DC. And yet from our strategic location, we are removed from traffic and noise and congestion. We are surrounded by nature and trees!
We consist of three nine-story International styled buildings situated on 26 acres of land. Our floor plans range from studios to one, two and three bedroom units. We pride ourselves on being a well hidden treasure amidst the hustle bustle of the northern Virginia suburbs. Our 26 park-like acres of land are landscaped with winding walkways, park benches, a large wooded picnic grove with grills and picnic tables, a community garden, tennis and basketball courts, a swimming pool with lap lanes and a baby pool. Each of our three buildings offers an exercise room with elliptical machine, recumbent bike, treadmill and free weights.
Our property adjoins with the Dyke Marsh National Wetlands and we fully enjoy the beaver, deer, heron, turtles, bald eagles, ducks, Canada geese and even an occasional fox moving stealthily through. Coming home to River Towers after a day at the office is like coming home to a park. You can feel the tension easing as soon as your get here.
Something about our property inspires great interest from our owners and renters who want to contribute to this amazing community. We have six committees who assist with landscape and grounds, budget and finance, community events, gardening, neighborhood watch, and communications. The Board of Directors consists of seven owners who are elected for a two year term. Working together, our Board members, committees and professional management staff provide a comprehensive, well rounded, well run community for our members.
Come visit us to see all that we have to offer. You’ll never want to leave.
