The Association’s Annual Meeting and election of Board members will be held on October 15th at Belle View Elementary School. The doors will open at 6:30 and a buffet will be offered to attendees who will also have a chance to visit with neighbors before the meeting is called to order at 7:00 p.m.
The primary purpose of this meeting is the election of members to the Board of Directors. If any owner is unable to attend the meeting, they are strongly urged to fulfill their responsibility by voting in advance and placing their ballot in the ballot box which will be located in the lobby of their building. The boxes will be in place for a month prior to the meeting to facilitate every owner’s participation. The election cannot take place if a quorum of owners hasn’t either voted beforehand, or is present to vote at the meeting. Please do your part.
The Association office will close at 4:00pm.
