Before any work is performed within a unit, the Unit Owner or an authorized agent must provide a written request or call in an authorized work order request to the Management Office. Phone requests, faxes, or emails are accepted. Renters contact the owner to see if you are authorized to make a request. Work order forms will be completed by maintenance personnel based on numerical sequence, except for emergencies.
